Jenny Lynn is the best - hands down.

JL provides a lot of information that may not apply to some listeners when she interjects, but that presence is definitely necessary to the roundness of the conversation. One example that sticks out where this is the case: strollers. I had never thought about the stroller rental policy at WDW and that you wouldn't be able to take it back to your resort (wheelchairs as well).

I truly have not understood what all the fuss has been about lately. I think you are a fabulous addition and considering I am older than Pete and John by a few months and have been listening from almost the beginning . . . only my opinion counts. :flower3: [that's a joke people, just relax]
Hahaha! I love this attitude! Consider yourself on my "people I must meet" list.

I should add...when we first met in August in Nova Scotia, and you were still "new", I could tell you were pretty nervous about everything...but by October in Plymouth, you were "all in" - perhaps a little too in... :)
Hahaha! True. Contrary to the opinion of some, I did not come on the scene with blazing guns and some secret plan to stage a DIS coup. I was nervous about my new job and new people, and it all happened at a time when I was transitioning to an entirely new life. Everything was intimidating to say the least. But everyone on the team and a number of DISers have been the support system that my children and I have needed to get through a very difficult time in our lives. I am grateful for each one that has positioned themselves to be a a source of encouragement rather than a source of additional pain.

As far as Plymouth goes...well, Sue and Charlotte gave me that big, red whistle at the following DIS meet. Problem solved. :D

I have to agree with the opinions on JL. I remember first interacting with her in another Disney community, and following her trip reports and blog way back when. JL was funny and down to earth then, and nothing has changed. She will always be the number 1 NDM to me. If you're still following along JL keep up the great work.
I'm still following. And thank you, Mary. I remember you being with me since Day 1. It's been so comforting to stay in touch with those who have remained friends throughout the journey.

We may still place some DIS Secret Service agents around, just for extra protection. :cool2: NO ONE touches our JeniLynn, at least not without a pat down, three forms of ID and a background check...

So true. No matter what people think about Pete, he is fiercely loyal to friends and family. If he likes you and believes in you, he will go to the ends of the earth to support you to the best of his ability. And not just for people but for products and businesses as well. He promotes a lot of things on the show that he has no financial connection to. He gets no benefit from touting those things. He does it because he truly believes in the product or service.
I cannot overstate the critical role Pete has played in helping my family. He is special to me, and my children love him. Regardless of what others think they understand, this man has a good heart and looks after those close to him. My family is just a single example of the way he extends himself to make life a little better for others whether he personally benefits or not. He has defended me fearlessly at times. You can bet that I will return that favor.

This is so true. To be honest, I was a bit disappointed when you made your first appearance with the DIS. That was not the JeniLynn I was used to seeing on the Attractions Magazine show - bright and spunky and confident. But I totally understood that you were nervous and needed time to settle in and develop a rapport and find your niche as part of the team. It wasn't long before the "real" JeniLynn started shining through.

But does his dog like you? That is how you shall be judged.

She didn't want to scare Teresa

JL please just never change - do you have plans to come to the April DIS meet in NJ?

Like I said I love the family views you always place inc- you can tell you really care about your family values and I love that point of view!

Just something fun too what's your FAVORITE Disney movie? :)

JL, I think you're great. You're sweet, funny and very knowledgeable and insightful. I love how you interact with Craig and Ryno and Dustin on the Universal show and also The Trip is great (I love Teresa's dry wit and emotional crying, sounds just like me!!)

I feel very sad that my chances of ever meeting you and the rest of the team are pretty much nil, as I would be thrilled to meet y'all, it would feel like I'm meeting celebrities, because to me, that's what you guys are. I'd probably "Pull a Teresa" and cry if I met any of you, but hey, if we don't have dreams, what do we have?

Plus, above all, the most important thing... you're a fellow Ravenclaw, and we all know that Hogwarts houses are THE most important things in life, and we share a house, so clearly, we are the best, chuck out the rest!!!

JL responded to like everyone but me...

Did I not expressed enough love! :teeth:

I will be there :D My favorite Disney move is a tough call, but I am definitely bent towards North Avenue Irregulars.

Awwww! Don't think that way! I totally shouted out to you on my FB page. I appreciate your encouragement more than you may ever know. I am just trying to not be a posting showboat. ;) Be assured you have my deepest and sincerest gratitude.

We are clearly kindred spirits. :D

Haha, well clearly I was just kidding and trying to guilt you into a reply... and it worked! :cool1:

But seriously, you're awesome. And you were hilarious during The Trip today. The "blooper" at the end of you jumping trying to grab the chocolate (or whatever was in that bag) was adorable!
