CNN Breaking News: looks like they found the skeletal remains of Jennifer Short in NC.

I was just reading about that. It's so sad. She was abducted the day we drove down to WDW, we saw the Amber Alert on I95. I was so hoping she'd be found alive.

I've been praying that those weren't going to be her remains. (Although I guess they'd have to be the remains of some other child, so I don't see how that would help.) I hope they have some information about the guy who did it and that they catch him soon.

Has anyone heard the cause of death? I was just wondering if she ran away when her parents were being attacked and died from lack of food or the elements. It is awful that she died. But I am glad that they found her body so the rest of the family can have some closure.

A very sad conclusion to her disappearance. Hopefully the criminal will be caught and prosecuted fully.

It happened a couple of hours from here so the local coverage has been heavy, The only person that they really ever kept looking at was a man that the mother had worked with about 10 years ago and he stalked her then but it apears not to be him, I hope and pray this person does not do this again, so sad.
