They card you at the door - so the answer is no. 
HOWEVER - there's plenty for them to do on the Boardwalk, by themselves, so I say *you* go, and let them wander around!

As noted above, unfortunately for your DDs you must be 21 and show proper ID to enter. I agree with Cathryn Rose...take a night out and make a visit to Jellyrolls. It is so much fun!
