Jell-O you can cut with a knife and eat with your fingers, not a fork or spoon. Made with Knox unflavored gelatin, Jell-O flavored gelatin (I use the sugar free) and boiling water (or juice). Chill in a pan and cut in squares. It's "harder" and "rubbery" for lack of a better way to describe it.
Actually, I should amend my answer. I do like regular raspberry Jell-O if a TON of raspberries are mixed into it (more raspberries than Jell-O).
