Jeff's "Shed the Belly" Journal (PLEASE COMMENT, I can use all I can get!)

walked 2 mils last night...and yesterday here is what I had to eat...

breakfast.... low fat pb&j sandwich

lunch......... pizza (same as last night) 3 pieces

dinner.......chicken tenderlions (grilled) and rice with a little cheese

well...since everytime that I have lost a pound or so it was after I woke up from a good sleep....so I think I am going to lay back down and see what happens
 
Hey, Jeff! Congratulations on being in the 2's!!!! That is so completely awesome! I still can't imagine how you are surviving on so little food. You are a much stronger person than me not to be eating snacks between meals. Speaking of which -- hey, Mister, where are your fruits and veggies?!?!?!? I know that gators are carnivores, but hey!

ok here goes...I bet you wish you had to eat what I had today...

breakfast.....1 lean pocket

lunch..........1 lean pocket

dinner.........chinese...(beef mongolian...that is beef and onions....and crab rangoon)

crystal light and lots of water........I know...yum yum huh???

walked 1 1/2 miles tonight...

ok yesterday I had

breakfast.....a bowl of cereal

lunch............ chicken tenderlion with cheese and rice

dinner......... spaghetti with turkey meatballs

oh course crystal light

today
breakfast............slept in..so nothing

lunch................. 1 piece of fish and a few french fries (baked)

dinner................ a turkey sandwich on fat free bread and 1 potato wedge
and yep you guessed it...crystal light

and walked today......3 MILES !!!!! in the heat....sounds like loads of fun huh??? :earseek: :cheer2:

well lillygator...sorry I am from Indiana.....but not a IU football fan...lol

hey guys I walked 1 mile tonight...was going to be more but the weather changed that (rain yuck)

well here it is....

breakfast......nothing...was pretty busy and on the road

lunch........... turkey burger with onion and cheese and a slice of tomato and some french fries (baked)

dinner.......... chicken salad sandwich and fat free cottege cheese...sounds yummy huh??

and as you all know by now...had crystal light to drink....well it is kinda like water...just flavored...lol :crazy:

ok here it is today's gator meals

breakfast.....1 pop tart..(not the 2 that come in a package)...just one of them

lunch..........chicken salad sandwich on fat free bread and french fries (baked)

dinner........2 chicken fajetias (chicken,refried beans, fat free sour cream,salsa,a little cheese)

and of course the crystal light to drink

well if I was bad today this should make up for it ...I walked 3 miles tonight.so hope the scales are down in the morning :earboy2:

ok todays menu was.................

breakfast...egg beaters, turkey sausage, fat free toast....sounds like alot...but it wasn't very good...so the dog had a good breakfast
(the dog is a little fat anyway)

lunch...............1 lean pocket

dinner..........3 slices of turkey, gravy, and rice, a 1 biscut

and oh yeah.crystal light

walked another 3 miles tonight...man these scales better start to move...it was hot outside
