So looking to sign up the twins for Jedi Training on the morning we have our Magic Morning. I understand it's first come, first serve & i plan to head straight there after rope drop to do so.

But do you get to choose the time once you get up to the kiosk or do they just put the first 25 kids in the first timeslot (10:35) & next 25 kids go into the following timeslot (11:35)?

We just did this a few days ago and we got to pick our time slot.

Have the kids with you when you sign them up. The CM at the podium will want to see the kids in person.

To confirm PPs, you pick your time, and they need the kids in order to sign them up (they talk to them).

Signups for Jedi Training do not start until after the Magic Morning hour conclude correct? Or can you head straight back there to sign up as you enter Tomorrowland?
