Jedi Training signup to 9:50 Turtle Talk FP??

If I bring my son at opening to sign up for a late PM Jedi Training - how quickly can we meet the rest of our party at Epcot. We have a 9:50 FP at Turtle Talk. Is this doable? We will be there next week 8/29

What time does DHS open that morning and how early will you get there?

Let's assume it opens at 9 without EMH or EMM....if you are there in line at tapstiles by 8:25 or so, I think you will be close enough to the front of the line that you could be done with JTA sign ups by 9:10/9:15am. Then if you walk briskly - it's a 20 minute walk to Epcot - followed by another 20 minutes to The Seas...I think you could meet them if you put the effort in!

There is 100% zero need for a FP for Turtle Talk.

Do the JTA signup and then head to Epcot.
Enter the Turtle Talk waiting area anytime after you get to the Seas pavilion.

No disagreement with Robo on the need for a FP for that attraction!

But - if you were attempting to stick to a touring plan or if you were trying to use your 3 FP so you were eligible for a 4th/tier 1 - do what you need to do!

And, its not because I don't like the attraction.
We love TT, and see Crush at least a couple of times per visit.
Its just that the FP does nothing to help you see the show.

2nd what Robo said.. I was dumb enough to waste a FP+ on TT during out trip. We just missed the show by 2 minutes and we had to wait with the rest of the crowd for 20 minutes until the next show starts... Just so you know, JTA will be cancelled if it rains/drizzles. So check your weather forecast and plan accordingly.
