I'm 13 years old and I'm a huge Star Wars fan. Do you know if I am allowed to participate in this activity? I really really really rreally rreally love Star WARS!!!!

I generally don't see the Master Jedi pick padewans older than 11 or 12 tops, but if you look young, wear a star wars t-shirt and hold up a sign that says something like "Young Padewan am I". You may get lucky!

My son was 9 1/2 yo when he was last chosen to volunteer and he was one of the older kids chosen. I suppose if you look young for your age you may have a shot. Definitely wear a star wars tee shirt or have a poster to help get chosen.

Well, I'm not 13. I'm 12. But when I gwet there in June, I wil be 13. My birthday is May 25. should I say I'm 12? They won't believe me. I look alot older than I am and much taller than I'm supposed to be....

I don't think they ask what your age is when you get chosen. I think they just go by appearance of age. It definitely doesn't hurt to try and see if you'll be chosen. Just be prepared that you might not get chosen. My niece was 2 days shy of her 4th birthday when she was chosen. No one asked her age and we didn't realize that there was an age minimum. She had a great time "training", but when it came to the actual fighting, she wouldn't do it.

My son has given up. He's 12 but really tall. He's even tried slouching but they still won't pick him. He's always got his Jedi robe on but still never gets picked.

Try asking your family to make signs for you, be creative! Make sure you wear your birthday button and SW gear too. You never know... Good luck!

I have a tall 11 year old star wars freak who will be there on his 11th birthday trying to get picked. He's very tall for his age, so what are his chances. I plan on a sign and he already has a shirt that say "I came all the way from Australia for a Disney birthday".

I have no advice but wanted to say Happy Birthday!! I have the same one as you, May 25th! I'll be a bit older than you are though....I'm turning 37.

We were there in December with my 3 boys; 6, 9,12. They were all yelling and screaming and my two youngest were the first picked, but they just glossed over my oldest. My 9 year old was the tallest one of the about 40 on stage.

I'd say your chances aren't very good.

Yea, this is what I want most from Disneyland. Oh, and I'm a girl. Don't worry, I've made that mistake also. Anyway, I think I should give up. i am way taller than I'm supposed to be so i LOOK 15; everyone in my family says that. I'll leave it to the little kids whoa also want that badly.
