Last week I was diagnosed with an intolerance to gluten so I can't eat anything now with wheat flour in in. With a nice sense of proportion I thought
my first worry was 'what happens when I go to DLP' Does anyone have any idea how I would go about coping with a food allergy whilst in DLP.
It seems I'm fine with the basic meat and potatoes - it's just that I will have to avoid anything that might have had wheat flour wafted over it.
I'm not sure how to explain it either.
