Day 6: Can you say new Princess Breakfast!
Well, its a good thing that I keep tabs on these boards. Because of you fine folks I was able to book the new Princess Breakfast at Norway in Epcot.
We had 9:00 PSs for the breakfast so we were allowed to enter the World Showcase before it was opened. It was so neat walking to Norway with less than a dozen other folks in the park.
What a great time we had! Breakfast was delicious; those cheesy potatoes are really good and really bad for you. We were joined by Mary Poppins, Jasmine, Belle, Snow White and Minnie in a lovely evening gown. We had plenty of time with each princess and there was lots of room between the tables so we didnt feel cramped. Minnie had an accident before she visited our table so she had to go powder her nose. We were told that we could stay if we wanted but that the wait would be 20 minutes. We didnt mind the wait but since my daughter had already received a hug from Minnie and we have a couple of great pictures of her we (OK my DD) decided that it would be ok for us to leave.
World Showcase was still closed when we left the breakfast so we got some great pictures of the kids standing on the steps of the Mexican Pavilion alone, overlooking the empty lagoon and walking about an empty World Showcase.
We spent the rest of the day in future world exploring the exhibits and visiting with Figment and, of course, pin trading. Boy the kids are getting crazy with this, just the kids, Im perfectly OK with it.
We had lunch at the Electric Umbrella to bad my foot was so sore (I sprained it the week before our trip), otherwise we would have walked into the World Showcase for a better meal.
We headed back to the resort at about 6:00 to use the pool and relax.
Great day!
