JcPenney Revises their Revised No Sales Except When We Have Sales Plan!

I hope when they bring back the sales they also bring back quality products. It doesn't matter to me what the % off is if it isn't a decent quality.

I agree! I bought a lot of my work clothes at Penneys and sweaters have not kept shape after a few washings. Pants show wear quickly. Pant hems coming undone.

We used to buy all our clothes at JC Penney. Haven't bought anything since all the changes. We loved the St. John's Bay brand, and that's pretty much gone now. I'm willing to give them a chance if things go back to the way they were, though.
