What is the name of the Japanise restaurant at EPCOT? Where can we find out the dress code of the restaurants?

I think the full name is Mitsukoshi Teppan Yaki (sp?) And, you can call the Disney Dining phone line for full dress code information. I believe they are dressy-casual (nicer casual clothes).

There are four restaruants in Japan. Most people think of the Mitsukoshi Teppenyaki, but there is also Tempura Kiko and the Matsunoma Lounge, which is a Sushi Bar. These are also full service. Additionally there is Yakitori House which is the separate building which is actually counter service.

They are all in Epcot, so whatever you happen to be wearing is acceptable.
