Japanese restaurant help needed

Could anybody recommend one of those Japanese restaurants where they cook the food right there in front of you - in the Universal area?

We ate at one in Tampa last year and enjoyed it and would like to try one in Orlando.

Ran Getsu- I drive, costly

Fuji Sushi-Turkey Lake and Apopka Vineland-Good food, reasonable

Japan in Metrowest-Hiawasse, next to it's sister restaraunt China-GOOD food, reasonable

Nagoya Sushi-Also on Hiawasse-Great food, a little expensive.
