I understand that there are two full-service restaurants in Japan and that they are in the same building.Do they share the same entrance and check-in podium? How do they differ? Thanks. :)

One of them is Teppanyaki, where the chefs cook your meal in front of you on a big hibachi grill. You are seated around the big hibachi.

The other one is Tempura Kiku, which is smaller and more intimate. It looks like a sushi bar and serves tempura - fried shrimp/vegetables.

Then there is Matsunoma Lounge - a lounge and sushi bar.

All three share the same entrance and waiting area but they have different check in stations. Once entering the waiting area, Teppanyaki is to the left, Tempura Kiku is veer right, and Matsunoma Lounge is to the far right.
