Japan Question

I have been reading the boards forever, but never really posted until recently, but this seems like a good place for a Japan question.
My sister is going to Tokyo in March. She's very interested in DisneySea and Disneyland Tokyo. She's been to Disneyland & WDW many times, so DisneySea seems different and interesting.
Anyone have any thoughts or websites that might help her come to a decision?
Thanks! :earboy2:

I have been to Tokyo, but diidn't make it to TDL or TDS. I had ressies (which were extremely tough to get), but it was the week before the war in Afghanistan started, and SARS was starting to hit the news...my boss sent me an email telling me to hop on the next plane home (you'll also remember that at the time N. Korea was getting a little fiesty too). I was so disappointed to cancel my trip, but DW was at home worried and I was starting to get a little nervous about being away from home with so much going on in the world.

In any event I do have a website, but I don't remember it - I have all of my trip paperwork in the office and I do remember that I had info on all the TD hotels, as well as other hotels just outside of TD. There is also a train/shuttle that runs from one of the airports I think. I'll bring the stuff home tonight and re-post as much info as I have - it's a little bit old, but it should give you a better idea - there is a tokyo disneyland website that showed all of the park maps for TDL and TDS, but I couldn't find the one in english just now, so I'll have to check my old file. One thing I do remeber was that the hotel/park peak season schedule was very different than any other I've seen - seemed like it was peak season all the time - and definitely every weekend.

Thanks alot! I've passed them all on, and dreamed a little myself! I haven't spent much time at the Laughing Place because I usually get all I need here and I had totally forgotten about it.

This website shows the couple that "runs" the site all their photos and everything on their trip.
See if it helps.
scroll down for the third photo box that states "Tokyo Disney" and you will see a fun video with fun music (it's 5.49 minutes long). Also, look at top of main page and click on photo gallery and look around. I enjoy browsing their photos. They seem like a cute fun young couple..........having fun fun fun.

I've been it was amazing but like someone above posted be prepaired for long lines. It was a great experience and I'd love to go back.

I found Tokyo very easy to get around so depending on where you are staying it should be easy to just do day trips. We toured all the "official" hotels and they were really nice.

I woman who runs mousesavers did a trip and I know she's got some tips/info on her site.

That was me posting about long lines........I spent 40 minutes in line to get a FP for JTTCOTE! And that wasn't my longest either!
The shows where the most incredible thing about this park, as none of the rides really blew me away.
