yes we are from the u.k. and even we were cold in january this year, it literally was freezing, allthe water displays except for the rides were turned off and the plants covered in warm wrappings. it was like it for about three days. we went for a drive out and the orange groves were covered in icicles where the watering equipment had frzen as it hit the trees. i think last this jan was exceptionally cold, people were taken by surprise- i bet wallmart did a roaring trade in warm clothing![]()

I noticed you had posted earlier you normally do January, and last years weather was a bit unusual. If that happens this year, I can only hope it will be only for a few days. I suppose I could look at the bright side...at least I won't be shovelling snow, right? Right? No snow shovelling? I hope somebody will put my fear of snow shovelling to rest.
