January Weather

I'm booked on the December 31st Wonder. What's the weather like in the Bahamas in December/January? Is the water at Castaway Cay going to be too cold?

We went on the 7 Day Western this past January 4th.....on January 10th when we were at CC the water at CC was chilly. People were in it...but it was too cold for me. Everyone said that this has been an unusually cold winter so next year may be better. We had to wear sweatshirts on CC because it was very breezy.

Thanks for the information. I'll make sure to pack some warm clothes. I'll keep my fingers crossed for a mild winter!

We sailed on RCCI Sovereign of the Seas this past January (9th-12th) and the water was definately a little chilly. You could swim, it didn't ruin the snorkeling one bit. It was very breezy on the ship and not many people were laying out in the sun or in the pool. But like you said, it was an unusually cold winter for them, so it can only get better right? Have fun!!!!
