January pricing

We have never gone in January but my mother in laws bday is in December and we are considering a jan trip. Anyway, what month does january usually follow in pricing. Are there normally discounts at that time?

It is normally value season except for around the federal holiday.

Unlike previous years, 2013 rates have been guaranteed since being able to be booked (499 days out) so if you call Disney or go through your travel agent they will be able to tell you the exact rate on your room only portion of your stay.

January and February will be value season with the exception of the holidays as stated by PP.

It should also be noted that since that time period is so slow, several attractions may be down for refurbishment.

I was told if I book for 2013 my rates will be adjusted as soon as they come out with the new pricing
