I'm in, since this is my first month I am going to try for 10 no buy days.
I have done No Buy several times in the past, but it's been a few months. I don't always finish out the month.
I DO always track my spending on my own in a notebook, but I don't always remember to post it here.
Gotta make that spend day worthwhile, if you know what I mean.
The "No Buy thread is my AA for spending foolishly
So I need this thread to keep me on track. :worshipLOL -- I cheated. I just called my mom and asked her to pick one up for me. I'll get it from her and pay her for it one day next week when I'm in town anyway.![]()

Ok, so I think I posted and said I was going to try this, but couldn't find it. So I guess this will be the post where I'll keep track of things? Is that how it works?
Dh and I went on a movie and dinner (gift card!) date yesterday, I took our budget notebook, so we had our annual budget meeting on the way to town and listed our goals for 2011.
. I buy a lot of fresh veggies, fruit, lean meats, greek yogurt, cheese and almond milk, but I won't compromise on that- I think I'll try to menu plan from the adds more consistently and stock up when the things we use are on sale. I like your goals and if you don't mind I'm borrowing them!![]()
No problem, help yourself.

Thanks for the well wishes. I am feeling a lot better at the moment. We figure it was a quick bug or something I ate. But you are right chicken noodle soup, especially my mommy's, heals everything. I am lucky and my classes do not start until the end of the month as the 2 I need are 14 week ones rather than 16 week ones.

So my January goal is 15 no-spend days and 15 no-drive days.
)You're having horrible luck, The last time I was posting in this thread you were sick too. Hope you feel better soon.![]()
what the heck? LOL
no $pend day #1. Yes, its early, but I'm not feeling well and won't be going anywhere or doing anything this evening.
