January/february hotel discounts for ap?

Hi! We decided to get annual passes on our latest trip in hopes of being able to come back smother time before they expire. We are thinking last part if Jan first of Feb but I'm curious when they will release hotel discounts for those times and possibly what the discount typically is?

Typically IF there is an AP rate available it's about 10-15% off rack rates. AP rates have been less and less lately since the hotels are always full they don't need to offer discounts to get people to book! I just looked and nothing is up for January yet (we are going in Jan and I keep checking).
