greenfield1984- kudos to you for working out while the kids sleep after a long day! I know the "joy" of working out with one ear/eye on the baby monitor hoping for an uninterrupted workout. :)
 
120 minutes run/walk and yoga brings me to 635/1000 63.5%

55 minutes of turbofire today brings me to 825/800!!! Woohoo!! Guess ill have to up my goal for next month!

30 minutes on the spin bike this morning

As for exercise, definitely easier for me on the weekends because 4:30 am comes pretty quick on the weekdays!:goodvibes
 
Hey new to this thread, I mainly poke around the rumors and news section but I like to work out... If I commit to say 500 minutes of running how long do I have to do it? All year ?
 
Yay! With occasional walk breaks and stops for stretching, I was able to complete 112 minute run and 10 minutes of PT. Total of 122 brings January to 917/1300.:cool1:
 
Saturday 2 hrs for the parks.

Sunday 4 hrs for the half marathon and walking to and from the hotel and then another 60 min for walking in the parks afterwards. I am officially TIRED.

Today I have walked a total of 40953 steps and 18.42 miles. :cheer2: :faint:

No wonder I'm tired.
 
Then, laid low with a nasty virus! Was in bed all day today. My husband got sick on the last day of our vacay on Monday; he's still feeling cruddy. Plus, had to pull from our agility trial yesterday (never did that in 11 years!). I know now that I am not smarter than my doctor, who advised against this activity.
