45 mins WATP and 20 mins stretching bringing me to 735/1500 -- last saturday it seemed nearly impossible that i'd hit my 1/2 on time, now i'm darn close and thrilled to be here!
add 60 minutes of booty shaking at the club last night! I would not count this as exercise, but I never go to the clubs, and it got my heart rate up! I will also try to do some "real" exercise this weekend.
On Thursday I was feeling really unmotivated but I went ahead and started walking by myself. Shortly my mother joined me, then my husband, then my dad. Before I knew it I had walked 1 hour and 15 minutes!! It wasn't that bad either.
On Friday I had decided not to walk, but my mother and sister came over and said, "Come on we are going walking." Even though I whined about it I went. I did feel better after going. We walked 40 minutes.
Today, though, I am taking the day off.
So that was an additional 115 minutes bringing my total to 375/900.
Another 55 minutes this morning, which puts me at 510/1000! I'm past the halfway point for the first time in one of these challenges! Whooo hoooo! And I may be getting more minutes in today, but I wanted to go ahead and post these.
