Run/Walked for 30 min and lifted weights for 30 min

I know I probably won't meet my goal by the end of the month, but it feels good to finally get on track.

200 minutes for what Fitbit dubbed "active minutes" during my Disney trip, and 30 minutes today for week 3, day 2 of Couch to 5K plus strength exercises. Apparently I should go to Disney every month. ;)

Just updated the first page.... We've got some overachievers here :) Congrats to our first two members to reach WISH GREEN status (100% of goal), superme80 and tinkerbell1013 - good job!!!

The rest of us still have over a week to add to our totals, so keep it up friends! I think January is a tough month - we're motivated with the new year, but the cold weather and all the crud/flu going around just sap ones energy. Hang in there :banana::banana::banana:

I feel behind on my arms challenge, so I did two days worth of push-ups, dips, curls and punches, then did some squats for good measure.

Had a rough day at work today, got home and found that we got some mail with "Disney" on the envelope. I wish I could hold the envelope, click my heels and just disappear into the Magic Kingdom for a bit.

What a wonderful thought! I also had Disney mail yesterday and though no one else seemed as excited as me to receive the magic bands, it made my crummy day a bunch better. For at least a little!
