January Codes?

So, if you book a package through AAA and these codes come out for a cheaper rate, can you call AAA and have them apply the codes to get the cheaper rate?

codes are usually for room only so would not apply to a AAA package...if you had AAA rate for room only you could lower it to the code rate

Tonight I booked a room for late January. I asked the CM when to start looking for the AP rate, and his reply was, "soon."

Called CRO shortly after 7 this morning. I talked to a nice CM by the name of Mary. She looked and said oh not yet. She want on to say the codes for the postcard mail offers that were just sent are loaded in the computers now. So.. keep checking your mail everyone! She said other codes are being dropped in too but they are not accessible. She stressed I should call every day. I don't know why you get the different story - some CM's stress they know nothing until the codes just show up with no forewarning. Others say they can tell. I tend to believe those who say can see when somthing is pending because 2 years ago a CM told me exactly what day to call back for public codes and when I called they were out. So... I will be calling again first thing tomorrow morning just in case. I will keep you posted.

I too would love to know if the codes for January will be coming out soon. Talked to a CM this afternoon and questioned her about codes and of course her story was not until December because that was when they were released last year?

Was curious if any of you were able to use a code for the Wing rooms at the CR last January and approximately how much the percentage of the code rate was for. Do the room only code rates usually run a certain percentage or certain amount off of the room rate?? Thanks for your help and thanks to those calling and checking so often

We are waiting for early Feb codes too (quick trip before going to MIL in Clearwater for Feb school vacation - gotta have something to look forward to.)

I expect the codes to be out before December this year but playing the waiting game as well.

Sure everyone just saw this but just wanted to make sure. Looks like Mary knows something and discount code for stays from 1/2/04 through mid April will be out soon. . .

Mary woudln't do that to us would she Plus a CM told me this eve that I should keep calling every day. You would think he would get tired of answering the AP ? every day for the next 45 days or so. So, since we know Mary wouldn't lead us a stray, I am betting any day!
