Hi. Historically does anyone know when the resorts post or open up their booking for January? We are looking to be there over Martin Luther King day in January 2010. And so far every avenue I check for availability does not show any of the hotels showing anything. I haven't called yet. Not my preferred method of getting info. KWIM?

Anyone ever notice in years past when they've released January prices?

Thanks.

From what I have seen its about 3-4 months out. That way they can try and figure crowd levels and adjust prices accordingly..
But I am speculating.I would book now and adjust your rates when they come out. This way your ahead of the game and the deposit you have to put down will make budgeting easyier!!imo

I agree. I would book now just to be in. But all three resorts are showing no availability at all. All of them are coming up as unavailable. Which I'm guessing means they just haven't released those rooms yet. I hope!

I'm also waiting to book for Jan and I am sure that message just means that they haven't released the rates/rooms yet. When I was trying to book for August this year it said unavailable, then changed to rack rate and then the deals started to come out! I booked as soon as they were released and then when the better rates were released swapped over!

Thanks Deb! I'm glad to know it is not just me. We've stayed in January in years past and I can't remember how far out we could book. Do you remember how far in advance you were finally able to book August?

From what I can remember I booked it originally in January and then was able to change the 'deal' in March to a much better one!!!! So I would imagine we will be able to book for Jan soon........watching and waiting!
