January AP Rates

I know AP Rates are not always available, but should they have them for January on next year, around the last two weeks, would they come out as part of AP discounts for December, or would they not be posted until the beginning of January?

Usually the batch that includes December ends arounds Christmas, not into January. Last year 1/1 to 2/13 came out 10/28 for AP rates, code rates 11/29.
