Thanks! We're in 7548, which is pretty much exactly midship.

Does anyone know - will our cruise have staggered dining times??? I saw something about that recently, but don't recall what the times were. We're booked for late dining, but if I had the choice of 8 vs 8:30 I'd go for the 8! Wouldn't it be nice if we could see our dining rotations at the time we booked our Palo reservations online??

I would also like to know our dining rotations so we can also plan to do Palo one night. Oh well.

Yeah, I'm with y'all about the dining times. I wish we could see them to...sure would make things easier...like booking Palo! For now, I'm just going to plan on doing Palo on the 2nd night. I know that is "Pirate Night", but I think we could stand to miss it! Or maybe we'll be done eating early enough to make it to the party...who knows...we're just gonna try and go with the flow. We missed so much last time, so hopefully we'll get to see and do more this time!!

We are right now scheduled for late dinner seating.

I have asked to be put on the wait list for early seating.

I like the early seating better because then you have some room again for all of those lovely desserts and stuff at the Pirate Night buffet ;)

This will be our 7th Disney Cruise and we have never gone to Palo. Before we have always had our daughter with us and she wasn't old enough to go there. Now she is 18 and could go into Palo.

This cruise is my parent's first cruise so I really don't want to pull them away from the dining rooms and their fun.

I guess Palo will have to wait for another cruise. One more reason to book again :teeth:

wow, totally off topic, but I think this is the longest thread I've ever started!

only 125 more days!!!!!!! :cheer2: :cheer2: I can't wait :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc

we're in 7619 so far, no upgrades for us yet :guilty: but hey there's still hope. And I found out I get to go on another cruise in May for a friend's wedding

anybody thinking Palo for brunch instead of dinner? I really want to check it out (the chocolate souffle sounds soooo good) but I KNOW I wouldn't eat any of the food on the dinner menu, so does anyone know what brunch food is like?

if only time owuld pass more quickly :hourglass

The Palo brunch is amazing - the best brunch I've seen anywhere. They've got a table full of stuff like jumbo shrimp, big crab legs, etc. Another table has all kinds of breads/pastries. There's more, too - just can't remember it all. Plus, you can pick one of the entrees - eggs benedict, tilapia, some beef dish, and something else. I had the eggs benedict - don't normally think much of it, but this was absolutely delicious! Definitely do the brunch if you can't do dinner....I'm sure many will try to do both!

In my case SB has never been on a cruise before, so I hate for him to miss anything. But, there's no way I can eat 2 dinners! I'm thinking we'll have the TAAP rotation, which means to do Palo dinner I'd want to pick either 1st or 4th night (missing Triton's or Parrot Cay since I like the pirate menu and want him to see the light changing in Animator's). Brunch would have to be 4th day, but then I can't eat much dinner (especially with a chocolate souffle). So, we might have to book Palo for dinner 1st night, and do brunch on the 4th day....eating light in Parrot Cay that evening.

Is there any way we can find out what our dining rotation is???? DH really wants to do Palo and I'm also interested but I also don't want to miss the three dining rooms. I have no clue what to do. :confused3 This is driving me crazy since I can't "plan" this yet.

What time do they start serving brunch? Is it offered each day? That could make life easier.

I looked at the Palo dinner menu today and not being one who likes seafood, there is not a lot on the menu that interests me.

I'm not saying that I wouldn't be willing to try it out though, but probably not this time.

We were mulling over the brunch though.

I don't think you can get your dining rotation in advance but I'm not one hundred percent sure of this.

My parents got a package in the mail today from Disney Cruise line, sounds like what some of you got with the info in it.

I'm gonna have to go and look at theirs since I didn't get one, at least not yet. :Pinkbounc

Currently you'll be in the same dining room on nights 2 & 3 of the 4-day cruise. One of those nights is Pirate Night though, where all restaurants serve the same special Pirate menu (which is very good). You might want to check ********************** to see the dinner menus, and figure which menu you are willing to miss.

Brunch at Palo will only be on the sea day, Wednesday - and only for a couple of hours.

Hello to all the January 8th cruisers. It was so much fun reading through your posts. My daughter and I will be cruisin along with you on the Wonder. We are so excited about this trip. My daughter is doing the WDW half marathon, then we will be relaxing and recuperating. I can't wait to join in here and join in the excitement. Both of us are Disney fanatics and this will be our second Disney cruise. Happy planning to all!!

Glad to have you and your daughter joining us cshore.

:cheer2:

Cshore..... Hi and welcome to you and your daughter. It's always nice to have more Disney fanatics on board. Good luck to your daughter on her 1/2 marathon training. Looking forward to meeting you both !!!!! We're going to have a great time.

Welcome aboard, cshore! It's great to hear that you and your DD are going to be onboard with us! The more the merrier!!

My Cruise information package came today :cheer2:

I already read the one my parents got but it's still exciting to get my own :goodvibes

The days are rushing by now................

Yes, they are...can you believe that there is only 115 days to go...WOW! I am so excited!!!

Did you guys see where the new Stingray excursion is opening up at CC! Can't wait!

Well, I can just say one thing....you're welcome.

Because I can tell you why the time has been going quicky: because I have two oral presentations coming up, and as we all know, whenever something is coming up that makes you want to hide under the covers, time just FLIES. :rotfl:

Seriously though, I am really looking forward to it. I finally had a cruise dream, but it was so odd. I dreamed I was trying to find my cabin, I knew we'd been upgraded, but didn't know to what. I opened the door and it was like the nicest penthouse type suite you've ever seen in your life...put the WD suite to shame. I was plotzing! And when I opened up the balcony door, it was this HUGE balcony...and I realized we had a hot tub out there.

Now how would THAT be for a cabin.

Welcome to all the new guys!

That sure sounds like a nice cabin ::yes::

We all wish we could have one like that.

If you get THAT upgrade you make sure to tell us your cabin number, because we are all coming to visit :rotfl2:
