January 6th End of CP Trip

Bringing my DD to the world on August 8th for the start of her CP-FSFB program. She is tentatively scheduled to end the program on Jan 6,2012,but have a sneaky suspicion that she will be extending. Here's the question though. DD and her brother have been both surprised with trips to the world on their birthdays. DD's younger sister,who is 8 is the only one who hasn't. She is always reminding us of this and we want her to have this special memory. With this in mind we want to surprise her with a trip down to "pickup" her sister in January. I am looking to fly down the morning of the 6th and fly back the night of the 9th. As Momma Disney,me and the two younger disney nuts will have season passes this will not be a problem but my question is does DD's CP"employee" pass expire the day of the end of her program or does she get a few extra days on it. We would like to include her in all her sisters festivities but don't want to buy her a four day pass. We could shift to flying in the 4th but want DD with us if possible if she chooses to come home from the program. Also will she be able to book a room on the HUB for dates after she has left the program like these 4 days. Just trying to "minimize" the costs if possible. Thanks

Her cast member ID will expire on her last day, and she will need that to use the main entrance pass. She could buy a discounted ticket before she is finished with her program though.
