I have read on these awesome & addicting threads that a great thing to bring is a refillable mug with a lid. I can't seem to find any mugs like this though, just coffee mugs & water bottles. Anyone have any idea's where to find three of these??? :confused3 Thanks a ton! :worship:

Yes, we have always taken refillable mugs with us when we go to an all inclusive in the islands and thought it would be a good idea for the cruise as well. When we were at Disney several years ago they sold the mugs at the resorts. They were ten dollars each but that was bottomless pop and coffee etc. for the week. I will probably bring them if I can find them.:confused3 Did you try Target or Meijers or even the Bass Pro if there is one in your area? They might have something.

And yes I have to agree with you that these boards are very informative and addicting:)

Feel a little silly that I already have these in the suitcase :rotfl:
We are bringing the refillable mugs that we got while we were at one of the Disney World resorts last year. They were the ones you purchase and then get refills for free at the hotel.

It looks kind of like this one but has the disney characters on it.

You can put a straw in the top or drink out of the lid. HTH!

Yes, the same goes for us. We are using our two resort mugs and the mug we bought at Blizzard beach. I think our Dollarama has them. If not, I'd try any kitchen store. Target, Walmart or even Staples(is that American?) I've read that they make you fill them with the cups (with lids) that they have at the drink station, in an effort to try and reduce contamination. Don't despair too much if you can't find them because you know that there will be another option for you. :) :hippie:

cblack: how much do I LOVE that you said this??? Its a running joke in my family that I do stuff like this all the time. I've got almost all the FE stuff done, clothes, bathing suits and paraphanelia we'll need organized and ready for action. The suitcase and bags are packed some with things that can already be in there. My hubby just laughs! :lmao:

Hate to think though, what we'd do if we waited for him to do it. :rotfl2:

I have seen ones that look like that but they are coffee mugs & I didn't know you could be a straw in them. We were looking for the ones with a lid & straw about 32 oz. I've looked at every store & on line that I could think of. If I find a good deal on larger mugs like that then maybe I will get those. Thanks! :worship:

Just booked our night before cruise. We will be staying at AKL with savannah view. I hope we see animals. We won't go to park. We will just hang out & do laundry.

I also have some of my things in suitcase.

I bought metal water bottle type things from the Disney Store about a month ago. They were on sale 2 for 14 and had tons of different designs so I bought a different one for everybody. They just have a screw on lid (no straw though) but they have a little caribeener attached to the lid so they can clip on a bag. They probably hold about 24 ounces? They are stocking gifts..... Here is the site at the Disney store http://www.disneystore.com/home-decor/kitchen-dinnerware/drinkware/mn/1000350/ you can see what I am talking about - they are called "aluminum bottle". I'll probably just bring a box of plastic straws to use with them and then everyone uses a clean straw to cut down on germs...

I also have some plastic mugs with straws that we got from Hershey Park when we rented a cabana there. Probably more practical and probably WON"T make the trip back home.

My KINDLE is here! My hubster picked it up from amazon on a black friday special. I told him I needed one for the cruise. ;) I got him a jazz bass for christmas (but let him open early!) but told him he can't take it on the cruise tho. :rotfl2:
