Wow...Only 120 days til we depart...Just received our confirmation for Palo Brunch. 11:30 on the sea day. That was the only request we had for this leg of our B2B.

My girlfriend and I are celebrating our 2 year anniversary and we have no idea what to expect on this cruise... What are fish extenders and how do we participate in this activity? Any advice or "heads up" you experienced cruisers would like to give us? oh were in Stateroom 12000 by the way.

Cruise Meet threads are doing just fine still managing meet and FE discussions right here on the DIS as they have since FE began (also here on the DIS).

FE organizers generally need to know how many people (adults/children) are participating in each cabin with child ages for age appropriate gift giving. Other information you would like to share such as names, allergies, favorite characters, etc. is up to you. Other personal information is not really necessary. Those organizing FEs typically ask for the information to be posted in the meet thread or sent to them via PM. For those posting in this Cruise Meet thread to join a FE, if no one comes forward to organize a FE for this cruise, anyone can organize the FE right in this thread.

We are also first time cruisers and a family of four with two boys ages 8 and 5 on deck 7. Don't have a lot of knowledge about the fish extenders but would like to give it try as well.

I still don't understand how I can get the list of stateroom numbers of participants and how we can get on that list. I have tried contacting one of the people in August and again in early December, but I did not get a response. It does not seem to me, like there are many people on this thread, compared to all the staterooms I have noticed participating on my previous cruises. I can not find any other threads about this sailing either. We are in stateroom 10570.

There are 4 of us on this cruise, myself, DH, DD 17, and DS 6. This is our second cruise on DCL, last was on the magic last Jan. Super excited!!

Well, we are getting close to our cruise sail date and I am just wondering if anyone has decided to be the organizer for a FE group on this cruise. I can see that lots of people are interested but not sure if anything has been finalized or confirmed? This is my first cruise so not sure that it would be the best idea for me to volunteer to organize it...don't want to miss something

From what I've gathered FE sounds like a loot bag exchange program for kids and adults . my family will be on the Jan 26 sailing too . This will be our 3rd Disney cruise .
