January 24-28, 2010 -- Wonder

In all of my 11 Disney Cruises the boarding has always been at or around noon.

That information that you posted has also always been what the "official" stuff says.

I think they just say that so that not everyone turns up at the same time.

It spreads the arrivals out a bit so that it's not crazy in the terminal:confused3

This has always been our experience as well. We had a Cat 3 on our 10/31/09 cruise and we were on the boat at 11:45... :cool1:

Thank you for the picture.

It would be nice to meet before, then you feel like you have so many friends on the cruise. We love disney just have not been able to afford the price for the cruise until kids sail free. We are very excited.

We have sailed with NCl 2 times, Royal Caribbean 4 times and Disney 1 time. Disney by far was the best cruise EVER. That includes our NCL to Alaska, great views, just not Disney service.

We are surprising our girls with the Back-to-Back on 01/28/10. My husband wants to get off the ship and tell them that we had so much fun lets "Do it again"!

I hope it works but its so hard for me to keep such a big secret.

Thanks for including us and can't wait to meet everyone.

Tracy

Tracy, that "Let's do it again" sounds like so much fun! Is it still a secret?

Another Question: I am looking in the travel documents, the Embarkation information, page 5.

We have a DD from China. The last cruise we went on (Disney 2007) we had her US passport, with her American name on it. That's all we needed for her to travel. This info in the Emb. Info says:

Please visit the Planning Center online at disneycruise.com/plan for additional details, including international adoption and proof of citizenship information. US citizens may also visit US Dept of State website at travel.state.gov .... or call US National Passport Info. Center at (877) 4USA-PPT for more information.

I cannot find anything on either site that addresses international adoptees traveling with their families.

I guess I will be calling the passport info center??

Hey Krista, I was just looking at my list for the Fish Extender exchange.

I see that you are in the room right next to the one we were in last year on the Magic:thumbsup2

We were in 2543.

Susan,

Yes it is still a secret! I think it is going to work, we have different cabins for the second cruise so we need to pack all of our belongings as if we were leaving. I will keep you posted!

We were in 2543.

Did you like the location? It seems like it will be pretty handy...

Can you believe we'll be on the ship in 3 weeks?

I'm getting really excited, especially since it is -10 degrees here this morning!!

Krista

Yes I did like the location and found it quite handy, being close to the forward stairs and elevators.

The best part of it is that all the food is in the back of the ship, so one is forced to walk to get to the food. Gotta get that exercise in some way :rotfl2:

Brrr, it is cold where you are.

It's cold here too but not quite as cold. It is 11 right now with a wind chill of -4. :cold: The wind has been blowing hard for days and that is making it feel really really cold in the house.

I'm looking forward to some warmer temperatures.... even 60 will feel wonderful after this weather we have been having.:thumbsup2

Oops, sorry, didn't realize I signed up for the FE, but I'm totally in! :)

We're in 2628--let me know if you need anything else!

What happens next for the FE-we're paired up & find out cabin # & who to buy for?

Thx, we're so excited!

Hi everyone! The completed list is on page 8 for the FE. The list should not change after today unless something is incorrect. Three weeks from today we will be in Nassau!

We also should decide who will deliver on each day. This way the gifts will continue for all 4 days. It looks like 2 families should deliver each day. Does anyone have a preference?

I will start a delivery day list. I would prefer the first day if that is fine.

Sunday, 24th- 1. ganandem
2.tdmathews

Monday, 25th 1.Cruisin
2.Cookiem8

Tuesday, 26th 1. Global Christine
2.DoOverDreams

Wednesday, 27th 1.AlexandMaddie
2.Courtnvm

I can edit the post as people post their preference.:goodvibes

Any day works well for us. :)

Really getting excited now! Just got our Cruise Documents. :cool1: Need to pour through them and see what they say. Our very first.

Poor UPS guy. He had a long icy driveway to come up to deliver this!

I guess that leaves us with the last spot on Wednesday. We have been out of town since the 22nd of December, so I wasn't on here checking.

Wednesday is cool with me though!!

I can't believe that we leave in 2 weeks from tomorrow! I haven't started anything!! I have 3 outfits to make for my DD, I am making my FE, have to get my gifts, etc.!! I am so gonna be in trouble!!
