Really getting excited now! Just got our Cruise Documents. Need to pour through them and see what they say. Our very first.

Poor UPS guy. He had a long icy driveway to come up to deliver this!

You just got your cruise documents. Wow, that took a long time.

I guess that leaves us with the last spot on Wednesday. We have been out of town since the 22nd of December, so I wasn't on here checking.

Wednesday is cool with me though!!

I can't believe that we leave in 2 weeks from tomorrow! I haven't started anything!! I have 3 outfits to make for my DD, I am making my FE, have to get my gifts, etc.!! I am so gonna be in trouble!!

Sounds like you are going to be a busy lady for the last 2 weeks.

Do we want to do a very informal DISmeet on the first afternoon onboard

I would suggest that we meet at Diversions or Promenade Lounge at around 3pm. Or pick another spot. Whatever suits most of you.

Just a very short, hello.... nice to meet you ....kind of thing and everyone goes on their way again.

We don't even have to take names or number counts.

If you want to show up and say hello, then stop in and if you are busy having too much fun, then that's okay too?

I just painted 2 shirts for Ethan for the cruise part of the trip - I'll try to get a photo of them and post it later. I have 2 more shirts planned - just waiting for my delivery from JiffyShirts.com

Just an idea- On our last cruise we met by the Mickey pool so that the kids could get to know each other. The adults got a few drinks and fresh fruit and relaxed and chatted on the deck overlooking the pool. Just another suggestion.

I made Allie a cowgirl outfit for HDDR that Saturday night. I still have to make her a pirate costume, a Winnie the Pooh shirt with lime green leggings, and a Minnie Mouse outfit. I really want to find something with "I am going on the Wonder today" to make the kids shirts. I went all out on our last trip, so I don't know if I want to go all out this time, too. Each kid had a Disney something to wear each day, which coordinated with where we were going. The boys won't do that this time around, but Allie might. I might make her and myself matching shirts, modeled after the tanks that Krista did on TGM. I made Allie some of those last time, so I might make more with the leftover fabric.

Oh yeah, and I still have our FE to make!! And do our touring plans. And buy/make FE gifts for both exchanges. And a PTO meeting. I think that I will sleep on the boat!

We leave home in 2 weeks from today!!

We are doing the TGM meet also, so if we could coordinate both meets around each other, that would be awesome!! Other than that, I am ready for the boat. And a pina colava!!

Our family is so excited
I had to say no to the FE (maybe on our 2nd cruiseif I can talk DH into one!). My plate is very full right up until our cruise, but I think it would be fun to gather on Sunday
I did not know TGM did cruises too? We used him for our WDW trip in 2006 and loved it. At this late date, I reckon' we will do without TGM's advice. Truly all I want to do is relax and not be too scheduled out.
Anyone going to Atlantis on Monday for the aquadventure park? We are doing it through Comfort Inn and I'm a bit nervous about it.
Do people do the "seasickness" meds before they cruise that day? My DH thinks I'm nuts for getting the patch prescription and Bovine for kids, but hey better safe than sorry in my book.

Livin' - TGM doesn't do cruise info in his pages but there are 2 TGM group cruises this year - this one and one in August. It all started on the forums as a 'hey we should...." and grew from there.

And, even though I'm not doing the DIS FE exchange, here's the FE we just got today. I ordered it from ebay - I love that the bottom pocket will work for our friend who is going with us on this trip and in the future for the daughter we are going to adopt (homestudy done - now just waiting on a kiddo!)

LOL! Robin -- we ordered the same FE almost - I'm sure it's from the same seller/sewer - Tiffany? Ours just came today too! It is so cute.
(and BTW - if anyone's wondering, I'm not doing the DIS FE either - just one through TGM, so don't think you missed me or anything).

I can't believe in 2 weeks I will be getting on the ship!!!!!!!!!!!!

I still have so much to do. We fly out of BWI on Fri night, and I still need to make reservations for Sat night and get a car. This trip really snuck up on me!! See everyone on 2 weeks!

I like the idea of the Mickey pool so the kids aren't antsy. I know as soon as we get on the boat that is where y 8yr old will want to be.

Since TGM is meeting at 2:45 maybe we can meet at 1:45 or 2.
