I'm going!! With my little sister. My friend is booking this for me on Monday...so unless it sells out by Monday morning, we are on the ship! I'm also going on the Maiden Voyage on Jany 26th. So excited for this though!!

We are on for sure now. Right now we are in Stateroom 5668, which could change, and we are doing early seating and the 9pm show. I'm too excited for this, it was such a surprise that I could even go -- and a great price too!! Does anyone have any idea what will be open, what won't be? I don't have my confirmation number yet, she's emailing me when she gets home. But -- YAY!!

This was a HUGE suprise and last minute for us! As we have the fantasy booked in 2012 for a B2B honeymoon trip and weren't planning on cruising until then, I was prepared for this and had to give up a cruise in 2011 to do this. But when this came up I begged DF, and told him this was a once in a lifetime experience. So he said YES!! and my mom and brother decided to tag along. We are in connecting rooms on deck 2!!

It will be our 4th DCL cruise and their first cruise!! We are soo excited I can't wait!

It's a preview cruise. There are a few preview sailings before the actualy Maiden Voyage on the 26th.

Does anyone have word of what shows we will see, if there will be a pirate night (if so I'm assuming it would be saturday night), etc. I'd love to have pirate night to be able to dress up, but it's hard to get a hold of anyone and I'm not sure if I called DCL reservation line they would be able to give me details

I didn't book this, my friend that is a Cast Member did...i'm not sure if it's just for cast? I would assume it's cast and maybe people that got invited, otherwise it would probably be sold out! Sorry...I wish I could help more!

Can I ask what the price for this is? I haven't seen it advertised but I may be interested in going. Do you just call DCL directly?

It's for Cast Members and other invited guests (boys and girls club), so you can't just call them directly (it's actually a separate phone number) sorry And they expected it to be sold out in a couple days)

Hooray!!! I'm not the only one going.
We are in rooms 6050 and 6052. We went for the verandah this time around. This was truly unexpected for us. We leave for the 11 night Christmas cruise in 1 week . But you have to grab these types of opportunities. It will be Me (Lisa 46), my husband Drew (44), Daughter JoAnna (27), Son Jason (18) and daughter Jessi (15) This will be our 8th cruise. Inching ever closer to being Platinum

I've heard that this cruise will NOT count towards your Castaway Club level. I hope that's not the case, though!

We haven't gotten any word on the shows but I know we are in for some cool gifts, not the normal castaway gifts. It is going to be very special I have heard even on Castaway Cay.

Awww I hope that's not the case. I'm ok with it if it is though. I'm just so psyched to be going. I know 100% goes towards the Boys and Girls Club so maybe you are correct.

Yea, I heard that too. I wish it could, but I'm perfectly okay with it not. Means I can gloat about being Gold when my parents are still silver for a bit longer

I asked when I booked this yesterday about the Castaway Club and was told that it wouldn't count, however I should bring the number along just in case.

So I am taking bets now, can my daughter actually pack in just one suitcase for a 2 night cruise? I say no!
