Hello everyone! After returning from a wonderful trip to WDW I have booked a SPD at POR in a garden view room for my husband and I. It will be a surprise birthday trip to celebrate his 28th birthday. We will be staying 1/13-1/17.

Now that I've booked the S/P/D, we've changed up some of our ADR dining choices. Here's our list:

Chef Mickey's dinner
Tusker House breakfast
Garden Grill dinner
Kona Cafe breakfast
Liberty Tree lunch
Coral Reef dinner
Via Napoli lunch

We are now planning where we are going to use our counter service meals. Also, we might pay out of pocket for Kona Cafe breakfast and add another table service. Any suggestions?

3 more weeks until my mom tells my dd about our trip!!!! But, my mom is now going in for surgery on the 27th (she was diagnosed with breast cancer a few weeks ago) and after that she'll know her radiation schedule and she will have to see if she is going to try and still come with us, or if me and my dd are heading by ourselves. As much as she wants to be there, she says she does NOT want to postpone the trip until later, and she does NOT want to cancel it all together even though I told her that we can. She is aware that she probably won't get to go but we are still holding on to some hope that a miracle will happen and she'll be on the plane with us!!

I'm thinking of doing that as well. How about someplace at DHS like Prime Time or Sci-Fi?

We will be there from the 18th till the 26th. Very excited! Originally we were going to stay at Windsor Hills Resort but by the time I added everything up (including potential meals) S/P/D seemed like a better deal.

Through an intricate and probably way too complicated series of sharing meals, I have been able to stretch our meal credits out a bit. There's so much food - nobody will go hungry if we share meals and snacks throughout the day. But I'm cheap, so I don't expect everyone to understand my plans, LOL!

Heading to WL Jan. 19-27 for our Disneymoon... Very excited! It'll be my now husband's first visit. I received a pin for 35% off room only, so booked that instead of p/s/d ....we also will have rental car for most of the trip, so we are going to do some eating off site to save a little money...we do have ADRs at Prime Time for a lunch, Tusker for dinner, and Biergarten for lunch. We will probably also do a dinner at either California Grill or Artist Point and we still have to figure out when to fit in the Hoop Dee Do Revue
