Just found a 2BR at SSR for my 2 BIL's and their wives/kids! So now I have rooms for everyone except for my parents and sister/family! I'm so freaking excited right now! All that's left to do is buy our tickets and add on our dining plans!

We will be staying at POR Jan 21st -Jan 30th. I can start making my ADR's on July 25th. I plan on booking in mid June. I booked last trip and found a deal and was able to switch to the deal, so... hopeful same thing happens.

Ah, Lord. I have to pick my ADR's for my January trip in July, before I even go on my September trip??!! I didn't even think of that!

Count us in - we'll be there the end of January for 5 days.

Count me in!! We are staying at POFQ - all 14 of us!! January 28th-February 5th -We went same week this year (2010) with no crowds but the weather was cool and rainy all week.

I see that you've stayed at the cabins before? I'm debating whether we should stay there this time or save it for a future trip, once our youngest is over 3.
It would be nice to have the extra space..

It is perfect for a young family! Quiet, slower, but so much to do! But, not fancy!

Also the cabin is perfect for us. Our kiddos are used to be together, sharing space, and the bedroom is great.

Larger bathroom, with a locking door is wonderful!

Wonderful to have a kitchen!

Our children were 8,6, 3 1/2, and 18 months at Christmas... and 7,5,3, 12 months our first stay.... perfect!
January we will be 9,7, 4 1/2, 2 1/2, and 3 or so months...

We're planning on Jan 2-9. WL. Making ADRs and then just hoping for a decent code. We went last January for the same date range and loved it. Yep, it was a cold winter, but that beats standing in line for hours, at least for us. We walked up to most rides and shows with little wait. Of course, we live in Wisconsin, so cold is relative

We have a savanna studio at AKL-Kidani booked for the week of Jan. 22. We will probably change it at our 7 month mark. We want to try some other resorts. Our annual passes expire the first week of Feb. so we wanted one last trip before then. We are hoping to bring my grandson (8 by then) if his mom will let us take him out of school. I am concentrating on our Oct. 2010 trip before I can begin thinking about this one.

DH and I just made our 'room only' reservation and will be putting down our one night deposit on Friday to hold it. We're staying at CSR again, January 15-22, and will be there to celebrate our anniversary, and for the 3v3 soccer tournament with the kids he coaches on his travel team. YAY! Already I can't wait. I'm excited to see what offers might come out for January again, I'm so hoping for the "buy four get three free" again.

Got room only reservations at All Star Music Resort family suite for 1/23 - 1/29 2011. My wife and I are bringing her brother and two kids for their first time visit.

I suggest you go ahead and make your room only ressies soon, so that you can guarantee your room and get your ADRs 180 +10 days out. I'd recommend the last week of January if you're strongly considering going during that month, as you'll avoid extended holiday vacations in early January, the marathon weekend, and MLK holiday.

The last week of January is the only week we can't go. My son goes to a year round school and that's he week they track back in. I think we've narrowed it down to January 3-12 or 10-19th.

I think we're going to go back in January too! I just put our Savings Chart up on the wall outside the kids' bedroom. We were thinking about the last week, staying at POP.

Is anybody interested in taking their kids to a Disney Y.E.S. program while you're there in January? I would be happy to spearhead the arrangements (we need a group of 10 kids to make it work, and I have 2), and you can't beat the experience and the ticket prices (last thing I saw was 7-day park hoppers for $175, plus you get a behind-the-scenes class for your kids!)
