YAY another January/February 2010 Snowbird!!! I'm thinking MLK weekend is always the third weekend in January. . . Right? We are looking at not going until the 30th to avoid the holiday, marathon, and MLK crowds. So technically most of our vacation would be in February. But in Feb. before peak season/spring break starts!!

That’s about the dates we went in 2008 (Late January into February), definitely a good time to go.

And of course we're planning on going in January once more. Probably January 20-27th or January 27-February 3rd. Count us in!

The good news is that we have front row seats to Disney on Ice for Belle's 2nd birthday. I'm hoping Mickey or Minnie will shake her hand. I will be a bucket tears that night!!!!

I miss you all! Thanks so much for the new friendships. I had a blast counting down with you.

I get to go to Disney on Ice too!! It's DS7's field trip next month and I am very excited!!! Finally a field trip I can enjoy!

The only moderate I've stayed at is POFQ, and we liked it. I think I picked it because it is more compact. I am not a fan of clowns either , but I don't remember them being part of the decor at all.

POFQ is very nice and compact! Did you use the food court? The clowns are only in the food court area up on the ceilings, actually they may be jesters. . .

I'm so jealous of all of you planning your next trips already. My next one is all planned in my head I just have to figure out how to afford it that's all! i think when we DO go back it will be a January visit again...the weather was great and we loved the lack of crowds. I think I'm a Snowbird for life! Although at some point I want to visit while it is decorated for Christmas.

I have seen others sell them on E-bay... you might want to look on the transportation thread and see if there is info there... I am pretty sure I saw other people posting information about SW certificates....

I am in the same boat. We have $360 worth of SW credits. I have heard that it is legal to sell them because they are transferable. I haven't done anything with mine yet. I actually wrote SW and requested that they refund me. . . Haven't heard anything back yet. . . I have heard of people doing this so I figured it couldn't hurt to give it a try! If nothing comes of it then I will have to try to sell mine because they expire in August.

Sorry I've been MIA. Been a rough couple of weeks around here. My Grandmother passed away last Tuesday. Hoping to get back to normal here in the near future. She was a huge part of my life and I will miss her terribly.

I'm also going to Disney On Ice the second weekend in May and then two weeks later I'll be heading to Disney for a four day weekend. Of course I'll be going near Memorial day so the crowds will be huge but its a quick trip with a friend so I'm uber excited!

I think it will be awhile before I go back in January although I loved it!! I'm going for my birthday the end of Sept/early October so I'm hoping for low crowds near there and I really want to try Food and Wine and go to MNSSHP YAY!!!

If I ever do go back I don't think I would stay at a mod or a value because those beds are just too small I love my DH but gezz

Tomorrow my twins turn 2 and I am kinda sad about it I am not sure why I don't want any more kids but I feel sad that they are not babies anymore. Or maybe I am just scared of those terrible 2's

Happy Birthday to the twins!! Good luck - I know I felt bittersweet when my youngest (last) turned 3 and started pre-school.

I am not sure how I feel about the last two? I really thought Deanna was the one for him but I don't like the fact that she would come back on TV and ask for him back I don't know...maybe he should just stay single - it would be easier on him
