Hello all! Just finished wrapping my kids Christmas presents!!! And I cleaned out the attic. Mike got the tree out for me and the outside lights----which he is getting to hang here shortly!! I just sat down and realized how tired I am! I might need a mini nap before I run to the grocery store for a couple of things. Man, that wrapping will take it out of ya!!!!

We aren't doing a huge Christmas this year because of how close it will be to our Disney trip. I got a few thing so far for DS.

We're back from our very yummy family dinner. We went to Montana's (don't know if that's a nationwide chain or not. They're based out of Canada) and it sure was delicious. We're just relaxing now before we start our movie. My DD reminded me that we're going to the Radio City Christmas Spectacular tomorrow with my mom! I had totally forgotten about it. This month is just flying by! The show is at 7pm, so it will be a late night for my DD. She is so excited to go see it and so am I.

Hi all! i'm home and have been for a few hours. Things went really well

Sarah, so glad to konw you are home and your surgery went! Hope you can eat soon!

Can you all accept me, the snowbird who can't keep up? I keep trying to hop on and off, but you all just talk to much and I can't follow the thread!

Oh Carrie! You and I sre in the same boat! I just can't keep up either! Life just seemed to get so busy all of a sudden! Somedays it's all I can do just to keep up with the laundry and dishes! Never mind trip planning, Christmas shopping, babysitting, helping the girls with their Sparks/Brownie activites, swimming lessons, making meals, grocery shopping, trying to get to the gym, reading and signing ALL THE NOTES that come home from school, spending quality time with my husband, keeping up with my bible study group, ETC, ETC, ETC, aaahhhhhh will Christmas break EVER COME? Somedays I feel like I am drowning!

HELP!!

I can get the 4/3 deal if I switch to the Wilderness Lodge. What should I do? It's a courtyard view.

I'd be switching from the Poly and we are already paid in full.

I hate being so indecisive. What would you all do?

Ahhh . . . I feel so much better now that it's over with!

The final cost was actually 2700, as opposed to the 3800 that I shelled out for the Poly. With the gift card, it's a total savings of $1300.

How is the courtyard view?

Now I don't feel so guilty about buying all of my Disney scrapbooking stuff two weeks ago! LOL

We too switched to the WL! Too good of a deal to pass up! This will probably be the only time we will ever be able to afford to stay at a Deluxe! So excited!

We have a Montana's here! We love it! We only go out to eat 1x a month so Montana's makes the cut about 1-2x a year! The girls love the little ice crean cones that come for dessert! DH and I love their Ribs and the cobb salad! Yummy!

Except for "Santa" presents I have most of our gifts wrapped. Mom has to go through the "Santa" presents to make sure she has enough, then I can wrap those...my goal is to have everything wrapped by Dec. 1...since I love to wrap Mom let's me wrap everything.

OK, I did a spreadsheet for my hubby and I decided to go ahead and add DDP! I pulled menus, figured out what we'd probably get based on history. We have 5 TS (one of those is 2 credits), 6 counters and figured 3 snacks/day at $3 for 6 days. (Oh yeah, I got technical)! The cost figuring 6.5% tax was $560.09. The DDP will cost us 546. I didn't add the cost of desserts, so those will be an added bonus! WHEW! I'm so glad that's over!!

I may have missed something somewhere, but how would anyone be able to steal ADRs? Don't you have to have a confirmation number to make any changes? And sometimes to check in?

I'm just paranoid LOL!!! NO real reason to think anyone could take my ADR!!!

Can I just mention how INSANE this is? In the best way possible of course. I posted my trip dates less than a month ago.. sort of disappeared for a little, and came back only to find that this is the THIRD January list. And it's over 230 pages in. That's awesome. Like fabulously awesome.

Ok, just tried to respond & lost my page???? Anyway... we chose to go to WL instead of our favorite Poly b/c of prices. I'm hoping our stay will be wonderful & may become a new favorite for us. I am concerned about the standard views...they don't look too promising. I think I may up-grade. I don't want a small dormer like balcony either-that would be too claustrophobic for me!!! I guess we'll see!!!
