Hey all - Just checking in during one of the craziest weeks ever! It's been a fun one, though. I am now trying to motivate to do some "fall cleaning". My Christmas cards came in the mail today, though and I am tempted to start addressing - ridiculous when I won't mail them for a month!

Oh I forgot your DH works for Hershey. Do you live pretty close to Hershey then? We visit there at least once a year. It's so fun and yummy!!

We are within 20 minutes. We were just there on Sunday.

Will you adopt me?? big time anything Hesheys!! lovers here. In fact I buy Hesheys syrup in the 10# can here at the coffeehouse for my mochas etc.

You can always find a stockpile of Hershey's products in our house. I gained 25lbs after DH started working for Hershey, to be honest. he goes to the factory store and picks things up for us.

Shelly the next time they try to flame us we will call in Bond... James Bond..

No it's a baby possum, there is a mommy around sometimes too.

Watch out for Momma!! They can be mean we had a mommy opossum try to tree one of our dogs. They wandered into our yard & decided it was "their" yard not my dogs. lol

It started as an offshoot from the January Code Watch thread. To keep it from getting too far off track (obviously didn't work! ), the North Carolinians created their own thread. I invited them over here, but . . . .

Maybe there are just too many Yankees here!

Do you know once when I was in the Main Street candy store I asked the girl for a Jelly Apple, she had know idea what I meant. I said the things next to you. She goes Oh, a CANDY apple. Now I'm thinking whatever they can be called both, right? This man behind me then goes, "Jelly Apple, she must be a Yankee!" It was the oddest thing. I had never been insulted by being called a Yankee!

Maybe someone needs to tell them, YOU LOST THE WAR!
