Subscribing, Going January 4-11 Hoping for discount codes!!

I'm a bit overeager, but I am convinced that discounts this year will make it more likely that there will be discounts next year. I'm tentatively planning a trip for Jan 2009, soo I subscribed to this thread. At least it will help me gauge how much money I should save for next year...well kind of...really it's just for fun, because I know there's no guarantee that a deal this year will come again next year, but here's to hoping.
I've been lurking on these boards for a while, and I thought I should post a bit to get my post count up. This seemed like a good place to start, even though I don't have anything constructive/instructive to add...

Does anyone know if the upgrade in tickets was offered to Fort Wilderness guests last year? So many of the good codes don't apply there becuase it's so cheap already. I've yet to call and be able to apply one! TIA! Christy

was available for January like the Canadian one and if it would be available to Visa members first. The CM said that she thinks it will be offered to Visa Card holders before 10/31 but she couldn't find it. She had me on hold for about 10 minutes and said she called guest relations. She said it isn't out yet but call maybe later today or tomorrow morning. She did try to apply the ZWE code but it wouln't work. Can't blame a girl for trying! Hoping the information she gave was correct.

Question: We already have our room only reservations, plus I purchased our tickets already but not from Disney. I have an AP, dh has a pass with 7 days PH no expiration. And my two dd's have 7 day passes which I plan on adding park hopper to. If the Jan. code is the same as the Canadian discount, would I be able to use it if I already bought my tickets??

This Magic Your Way Package discount includes free Park Hopper and Water Parks & Fun upgrades to your MYW ticket.

Travel Dates: 1/1/08 - 1/17/08 and 1/21/08 - 2/13/08

Three Night Minimum is required - Package must be booked by December 15, 2007

ZWG - Magic Your Way Package with Deluxe Dining

We needed a room-only code. Looks like we may very well be out of luck.

We usually go on a trip and buy a big park hopper pass that will last us two trips. Thus, we don't need any more tickets. Further, I only need one night, as it is the night prior to our cruise. We should have just stayed out at MCO instead of speading 4x as much to be on property for just a few hours.
