our dates are January 2-8- since the pin codes are not starting until jan 5 what are the chances of any kind of discount during our stay? would love any/all opinions and what has happened previous years if anyone knows. I am so hoping for free or discounted dining. thanks everyone!

Definitely no FD. Maybe some discounts on room rates, but since PINs are already going out with either room discounts or S/D/P as kids offers, that would be it.
