Thinking about participating as the cruise is part of my sons 10th birthday present so I want them to be part of all the fun of a Disney Cruise but as we are coming a fair way and suitcases will be full of warm clothes (we aren't used to the cold) I'm thinking I may need to buy most things in the US to give.

We are traveling on the west and east coast but would definitely prefer to buy on the East Coast so where would be the best places to buy Disney things to give as presents without costing an arm an leg.

Is it okay to give just bought items? I don't think much handmade would survive the 5 weeks travel prior to the cruise in our suitcases

Just a thought, and this might not work if you're international, but would shipping a box somewhere work? If not, I'm sure there are Targets and Michaels and such in Orlando. And things don't have to be Disney, there are lots of neat things like little snacks and such you could do. It sure would be fun for us all to leave little things for your ds on his birthday!

There's a lot of great stuff to be found at dollar stores. Google "Dollar Tree Orlando" for the location of the Dollar Tree. I'd imagine they'd have even more Disney stuff than the one in my hometown!

By the way, our eldest daughter is celebrating her 10th birthday on the cruise too! Small world!

Our favorite characters are: busdriverbrad Brad-Jack Sparrow, Tara- Goofy, Connor- Blackbeard, and Jotabs are Joan- Baloo from jungle book and Leroy- Grumpy.
Loved reading everyone else's favorites too.

Busdriverbrad and jotabs want to be on all FE lists if we split them.
