MEET UP DETAILS!

I have just received conformation from Disney that we have booked the D Lounge (Deck 4, midship) from 2:30-3:30 for our embarkation day meet up.

Please note: the time is a little earlier than we'd originally planned, so that it won't clash with the muster drill. You don't have to come right on 2:30 if it's too early for you.

I booked it for 104 people, but I don't think that there will be someone standing outside with a counter, so please feel free to drop in, even if you don't sign up, we'd love to meet you!​

Can't believe we sail only 2 weeks from tomorrow!!!!! We're really getting excited!

Here in Illinois its now -8 and we have over a foot of snow on the ground the time can't go fast enough.

I grew up in a suburb of Chicago, went to college in Galesburg, and spent my 20's in downtown Chicago. The ONLY thing I don't miss is the winters! We're waking up to a -5 windchill tomorrow am here in NC, and people are freaking out. Most schools on at least a 2 hour delay. No snow at all, which just feels extra weird with all this cold. Come on sunny carribean!!!!!!

Here in Wisconsin it's a balmy 17 below zero or 50 degrees below 0 with the wind chill. Schools closed today and tomorrow. It is supposed to get colder tonight. Spending lots of time inside working on Fish Extender Gifts! and counting the days!

No port today at Costa Maya due to rough seas. Fantasy will head to Cozumel tonight by 7pm and dock overnight from what I heard from the ship. Let's hope for better weather tomorrow for the cruisers. The ship created new navigators for special sea day.

Unfortunately, this has happened quite a few times for castaway cay, including us once. I myself have not heard it happening there.

We cruises last January and had perfect CC weather. We still have 10 days before sailing so am not too worried.

We're a married couple from Ohio going on our 2nd Disney cruise, sailing on the Fantasy Jan 18, 2014 with our daughter (9) and son (7). We'd love to get our kids connected with some others prior to getting on board, in hopes they can make some friends during the week. Any advise?

Hi. There are quite a few kids that age. My DD is 9 and her cousin is going to be 10 this week. They will be in the Oceaneers lab probably any time they haven't dragged me up to the pool.

Never too late! There are definitely kids those ages sailing with us, they shouldn't have a problem making friends!

Ummmm.... One week left... Not packed.... Freaking out!

Us too - haven't even started!! Starting to freak out. Don't want to try on those dresses for dinner, umm, the holidays were a little too full of cheer!

We leave New Zealand in 3 days and I haven't stared! Im in for a long weekend of packing thats for sure!!

Finally started packing. Yay! One whole side of my room is dedicated to sorting, organizing and dividing our stuff so not all of any one persons stuff is in a single bag. A few years ago went on a trip and one of my bags took a 3 state detour. Is a bit harder with 3 kids but I'm not looking to replace anyone's whole wardrobe. If atleast half the luggage gets there on time I can always use the laundry service. Also we are flying in the day before just in case. Of course I don't know why I'm worrying, the kids will likely spend most of the week in swimwear.
