Booked our flights this week. Last week? Lol, am so excited! Last of supplies for FE came in and now I can count down till graduation in weeks. Then it's all about planning for the cruise. My kids are so excited and my friend and I are scheming for how to surprise MY DD with the news that her best friend, (my friends DD) is coming with us legitimately... (Not stashed in suitcase like the girls have insisted they must do.). We're thinking of breaking the news as a Christmas gift for both girls. They are 9 so I can already hear the squealing. Will update their reactions in detail later.

I think the top tip at the moment is to make your reservations/bookings as soon as you can. Also complete your online check-in promptly to get those ever popular early check-in times on embarkation day!

Yes, there are a few 'tiers' for when you get to start your online check-in and book things such as Palo/Remy, excursions etc.

Platinum Castaway Club members and concierge guests can book from 120 days before the cruise.
Gold Castaway Club is 105 days before
Silver Castaway Club is 90 days before.
And first time cruisers can book from 75 days before.

The various castaway club levels are determined by how many cruises you have done with Disney. Once you have been on your first Disney cruise you will automatically be a silver CC member on your second cruise.

-Our Sail Away Meet-Up is happening at 3pm on Embarkation Day! This is a great way to meet everyone on these Boards in real life, It's nice to be able to walk around the ship and recognise some friendly faces, and it's also where we'll update the FE group on last minute room changes. I'll even take a group photo of us all, so pop in! MeganYveMarie is keeping count of the numbers attending so that we can use an appropriately sized venue. So let her know in this thread or by PM if you and your family want to come along!

Thank you so much!!! I am pleasantly overwhelmed with all of the great info shared on here!! Not quite sure exactly how we are going to make the big announcement to her but i have to agree with you...I don't think birthday surprises get much better!! I don't know who will be more excited....me or her!!! Thank you for all the info. Since I am new to this I am not sure if I properly signed up for the FE. I will definitely check out fb group and look forward to meeting everyone. . Thanks!!
