Jan/Feb package history

Asking this here as I am hoping to save some money. I was able to visit the world in January several years ago and got free hoppers as a deal. This year is was buy 4 get 3 free, I get to go again at the end of Jan 2010 and wondered if anyone knew if there was a history of deals about that time of year and what they were? thanks
