I just tried as well and the system went back down after they looked up the existing reservation. I was told to call back after Noon.

The other funny thing about my call, when the automated system tried to verify my address based on my name, it came up as an apartment I lived in in 1999 - and I didn't even have the same last name then (it was before I was married). So strange, I've lived 3 other places since then!

Now back to refreshing the boards constantly hoping for a post from someone who got through via phone!

NO WAY!!! This happened to me too. An address I haven't lived in for over 5 years. My current reservation has my correct address on it so I was confused as to how it happened. made me worry that there have been PIN codes sent to that address recently- lol

Had to book online. Room cost was cheaper than chart, but tickets were more.

Spoke with my Disney planner and she was having a difficult time getting through to change my reservation and get my discount.
I couldn't wait or miss my opportunity so I booked another reservation on-line in case my planner cannot get through!
Savings of 16.1% on total trip. ($1,141.46 savings)

They didn't even have my address in their system at all despite the fact that they've mailed me a confirmation of our May, 2013 trip.

Booked online this morning!!!!! I went with POP, I know it is not the most exciting or deluxe accommodations but we are the type of family who spend VERY little time in our room and since this is our first trip East, this was about the parks not the hotel.

Anyways; got 7 nights for $100 less than I originally priced 6 nights at. Feeling good!!!

Didn't book the dining plan. I assume I can add later? Trying to decide if it's worth it. We want to try allot of new places BUT usually we share things and rarely get dessert so have to work the numbers. Feel like I would be eating extra just to get my money's worth. LOL!!

I love POP! We have 5 of us going on this trip and I was torn between a room at POR or 2 rooms at POP. I ended up going with the POR room. Only the garden view left. I think that is a bit more than a standard view.

I have to add another $1800 for our tix (ugh) that I'll be buying probably through UT. Then I have to figure out what to do about food. We've gotten free dining our last several trips. The only times I bought it was when it was a trip with just me and the kids were under 9. And that was when it was cheap to purchase the dining plan. I don't even know what it would cost to purchase now. There would be 4 of us considered "adults" and only 1 child.

Well, I did what a CM told another PP not to.

My phone CM told me to book a new package, and then call back at a later date to cancel my existing reservation and get my deposit credited back. So....

Now we are booked with the promo at the Beach Club!

That is what I did. Booked room at Pop and will cancel my room at Mermaid AoA. I booked on line.

Our family is book for 3/24-3/28 at the AoA-Lion King. I KNOW it is a peak time and I have no control over the dates and I KNOW we are at a new resort but this promotion saved us a whopping $109 over 4 days. Not quite what we were hoping for when we booked months ago (in time for ADRs). Rethinking the whole trip.
