Amy, my DD is 11 and she would love to have someone to know (in advance) on the ship! She is a little nervous about not meeting anyone her age. LOL!

A meet on deck 9 sounds good but I will also need a good knock on the door as we will have to get used to the three hour time change from San 'Diego!

Also, would anyone be interested in going to Palo for brunch/tea with little ol' me? DH & I are going to try to do dinner but not sure how our 23 month old son (at the time of sailing) will handle Flounder's reef...he has never been in day care before and is just developing stranger anxiety but I really want to do the "tea" and thought I might end up doing it alone

I just found some deck plans and it looks like you're not right above us afterall.. Because of the Suites up on the 8th deck, that throws the cabin #'s off, looks like 8544 is above me and you're further down the hall above 7580...

I paid for cat 11 I'm curious as to where my cabin will be.

I have to make my final payment Tuesday, maybe they will tell me then.

I'm getting excited. I leave in 3 weeks 3 days for my warm up cruise on the Wonder, hmm that's excatly how much time I have from when I get home until my BIG cruise on the Magic, we will see how the time goes in between.

It just turned cold here, well 50's at night which is cold to us, I can't wait to get to warmer weather!!!!

Let the countdown continue!!!!

did you book your cruise through a TA or DCL? I've read some people booked GTY catergories, which I believe in that case, you won't find out your room # right away.

If you booked through DU, you can click on their logo at the top of the pages to go to their webpage and click on client services and see your cruise info....

Princessdaisy~ I was thinking of doing the High Tea, so you can join us if you'd like, just my daughter and me.

I need advice on where to stay the night before cruise at MCO airport. We won't get to airport untill 9:00 pm. So I don't think we would need anything really fancy just a clean place to sleep for the night. I am trying to budget this one night stay because we are splurgeing on AKL for three days after the cruise

Hey, poopie, did you ever find your stateroom number while paying? Anybody as bad as me and start their shopping for the cruise yet? Who's all staying at the Radisson at the Port the night prior? We are, but probably won't be in until
8 PM or so since my husband has to work most of the day and then it's a 4 hour drive.

Finally got a place to stay the night before our cruise...we will be at the Embassy Suites near the airport and Happy Limo is picking us up the next day to take us to Port!!

See ya at the Embassy Suites. We are scheduled to get in the airport at about noon time the 2nd of January. When you get in, have the desk ring my room (John Sullivan) so we can arrange a time (happy hour?) for a get together (yes I'll bring my wife, etc.).

All others, I haven't received any responses to the offer for a Child directory yet. Rest assured that I am not going to give this to anyone other than those here.

cabin # They said I might not get it until I get to the port

I am done with my cruise shopping, as of yesterday.

I am taking the red-eye so I won't be staying overnight.

I told BF he better take me to the airport EXTRA early that night, I can't chance missing my plane or I won'y make the cruise.

Then there is always the problem of staying awake at teh airport

hence my tag line.

MAN!I am tired of traveling and being away from this board. I have one more week of travels and then I can slow down for awhile. I really promise to work on the web site soon to update it.

I did pay for both cruises on Monday. There was this great sucking noise coming from my savings account but it will be worth it all. My DW and I come in on January 1st to stay at the AllStar Music for a couple of days. When we return I have booked us at the Pop Century for three days. I can't hardly wait but I do have to get through Christmas first.

Hope everyone is doing well. I look forward to being able to spend more time on this board soon.

Even though you get in so late still call so we can all get together for breakfast at the ES before we all have to leave to go to the ship. I'll probably still be up and won't mind the call. I know you will be tired and want to "hit the hay" even though it will only be 7 PM for you. At least you are not on a red-eye. When I go to Las Vegas (the LV in LVTravel) I always take the red-eye eastbound and get in at 7-8 AM local time.

Welcome back. We have missed you. As I said in the NG a couple of days ago, I hope all has gone well with the eyes. Sorry you have had to travel so much and couldn't get to the NG and web site. (Got to fill the sucking void in the bank account by travelling).

Will give you a ring when we get to ES! hopefully won't be too late...we are taking the ES shuttle from the airport. That is if I survive the six hour flight with my almost 2 yr old, DS!

Have you stayed at the ES before? It looks really nice on their website.

Yes, we stayed at this ES about 2 years ago. It is a fairly nice one and we haven't yet stayed in an ES that was bad (20+ so far).

We are planning on Mr. Sanchos as well! I have a DD who is 11 and DS who will be almost 2 at the time of sailing.

We will be celebrating my son's, Riley, birthday on the Magic! and then in February we will be off to New Orleans for Mardi Gras and visiting my DH's family.

Going to be a fun year in 2004!
