Just noticed that we are in CC from 930am to 430pm. I thought the run was scheduled for 830am? Is this correct? Do they let the runners off first? Or is the run scheduled for whenever the ship is open for debarkation? I don't want to miss it!

From what I understand the runners get off and do the run before anyone else gets off...

LOL! I say ABOUT! a boot is something you wear on your feet!

One of my good friends is from SC and now lives in Tampa Bay, Fl and when we get on the phone... MAN! Accents all over the place! I LOVE her accent! My favorites are "y'all" and "sugar"...lol. I am sure we can entertain each other with our accents that we normally don't notice...lol. I just wonder who will be out-accented(not I real word I know...lol) the Canadians or the Americans?

Well I have to say that I do say y'all a lot (and type it!), but never call anyone sugar. Sweetie sometimes... Where in SC did your friend live?

Hanging out on the ship when it is in port is great fun.
I think we will do that for Key west too.

Cool vacation to hang out in the keys for a week.
We went down on our motorcycle couple weekends ago.
(and almost went in the topless bar......)

I am traveling with my family (below listed) and its for my husbands bday We have had a really hard year, and decided to treat ourselves!

Our friends/neighbors will be attending also. (MOM, DAD, Daughter-12 and Daughter 6) We are all really excited since this is our 2nd disney cruise together.. the first was only a tease on the 3 night!!

MY MIL has decided she would like to come- but since our rooms are filled to capacity, she would need her own room, anyone looking to share a room with her? It would help off set the cost of your room for both you and her. Let me know! I dont know how i feel about it, but she told me to see if anyone is wiling

I'm sorry to hear you have had a tough year. I hope this trip brings you much happiness filled with wonderful memories to keep in your heart.
I'm sorry we can't help out with the room situation. Our room is going to be quite cozy considering it's an inside with the 4 of us! Oh well..it's the best we could do...I still feel very fortunate to be able to take a Disney cruise and do WDW all in the same year. We are heading to WDW in November 2011 as well.
Looking forward to meeting you and your family. Less then 4 months to go!

I just checked out Dexter Fantasea and it looks great! I think I will look into that one. I guess you have signed up for the morning excursion? I can't remember what our hours are in port? Who knows, he may be booked up already since they only take 20 at a time.

Hey Kristen, he signed us up for 8:30. Our itinerary time says 7:30. I let him know that and he said he hasn't had an issue with people getting to him on time and he'll be waiting right there. Definitely shoot him an email, we'd love to have cruisemates with us, especially with other young kids!

BTW Congrats on your weightloss journey!! what an inspiration!! I am just starting mine (for the 1,000th time) LOL I am doing Jillian's 30 day shred and WW online right now.. hoping to look a little different for the cruise anyway!

My 4 day weekend has turned into a 5 DAY WEEKEND! I worked for about 20 mins today and most of it just an odd job for the boss...lol. Of course today was kind of a write off as I have only accomplished reading 10 chapters in my book and took a nap...lol. Tomorrow though I PROMISE to get my baking done! And of course clean the house. Dinner at MIL's on Sunday and hopefully my oldest will be home for turkey on Monday! I love Thanksgiving!

Sibahan: Welcome to the crusie! I am sorry to hear you have had a rough year and hope that this crusie will be the start of a year of happy memories for you and your family.

5K run: Ok, I have been SO busy with kids, work, life, I just haven't had much time to work on my program. I did however walk for 20 mins the other night and plan to walk another 30 mins tonight! I know, slow start but you have to start someplace.

Re: Topless bar: My doctor(and friend) said he would lend us all latex gloves if we decide to go....lol

Have a spectacular weekend! This is the first one since June I do not have to travel any farther than the store 2 minutes away!!!

My closest family is about 14 hours away. Hard to get a babysitter for the night!!!!!!!

My parents live in Edmonton(which is where i am from) 3 hrs away and with my dads cancer I do alot of driving him around to doctors, chemo, etc and since he can't drive, my mom needs someone to take her shopping etc. They are foster parents on top of it so I usually go in to take the babies to the doctors as well. At the moment I have 2 foster sisters(1 yr and 3 yrs old)! They are beautiful! My kids also had a modeling course they just graduated from on Oct 2nd so they have had classes EVERY Saturday! Then there are the commercials the kids did that I needed to run to the city for as well. A mothers work is never done! All I can say is I am happy my truck loves me...lol.

I just saw that thread on the scavenger hunt, what a GREAT idea!! We plan on arriving early, so we could definitely do this. I'll have to follow the thread.
Whatever to that guy, what you said was perfect. I hope someone has a tantrum throwing kid at port, and when he looks all agitated they can tell him it's because they had to tell the kid they couldn't do the scavenger hunt.
