Jan 2017 ADRs Coming Up; Which Order?

How should I prioritize these ADRs? Here are the restaurants on my wish list:

BOG - 2 dinners, 2 lunches - - - need ressies 2nd day of trip and 6th day of trip

Akershus (for breakfast) - - 5th day of trip

Mama Melrose (lunch - maybe Fantasmic pkg if they work out the timing between that show and the fireworks)

Via Napoli - - 5th day of trip

Boma - 2 dinners - - need ressie arrival day and possibly the night before we leave (7th day)

Chefs de France - - 4th day of trip

POSSIBLY Tusker House ROL dinner pkg if the show is even happening end of Jan - if we do this, we will cancel one of the Boma meals even though part of me would shrivel up and die inside a litte because I love Boma - - night before we leave (7th day)

SW Dessert Party at HS (3rd day of trip)

Tea at the GF (Tuesday, 4th day into the trip - - hoping for 1:00-2:00ish)

I hope to get Chefs de France to coincide with Illuminations and have a table near the windows. Can you see the show from there, and if so, is this a really difficult wish to fulfill? BOG, I would like to be done in time to get to the parade and Wishes. If we do Boma the last night of trip, it will need to be a later in the evening sort of reservation to give us time to get back to AKL.

As for the pkg possibilities, I'm not sure those of us traveling in Jan will have the complete park hours by the time we make our ADRs. Right now the schedule doesn't show fireworks, shows, etc for most of the parks. Do I just book a dining reservation on the front end and then call hoping to convert it to a pkg? Or do I try to book the pkg and hope they let me cancel if the show isn't happening, or, in the case of HS, if Fantasmic and the fireworks overlap cancel Mama Melrose pkg but keep meal only so we can do the dessert party because our top priority is the fireworks? (Ugh, that's a rambler!) Hopefully some of you who have BTDT with pkg/party reservations and incomplete park hours will be able to offer advice.

3. Chefs, but the view of Illuminations is an obstructed window view, and only about 20-30% of the tables have such a view. You cannot reserve those tables specifically, and they don't often let people request-and-wait for them. If Illuminations is a must-have, schedule to be DONE at Chefs and go outside for it.

6. Boma

The fireworks dessert parties, Tusker House dining packages, and the Fantasmic package for January will not be bookable at 180 for you, as times for SW fireworks haven't been updated past August at this time, night shows at AK currently end 9/5/2016, and F! packages rarely open at 180. You can't book parties or packages for things not yet on schedule. Booking Tusker House or Mama Melrose won't guarantee you a package if/when they are released, as ADRs and Package ADRs are separate inventories.

Oh, question about the tea at GF. Is that available to book at 180 days?

I wouldn't expect it to be a tough booking at 180. It would be in the same range as Via Napoli and Boma.
