Can you apply the code to a package that you booked through AAA? We saved about $140 with AAA.

So do you choose one discount or the other? Can you do both?

I was told you have to choose one or the other -- and then you just choose whichever is the best deal. As long as the discount is applied BEFORE the 45 day cut-off to yoru vacation day, there is no charge.

I made a res. today and used AAA for jan 2-9, 09. The CM said that discount codes for that time of year can come out any day. Hope a code comes thats better then AAA.

I live on the west side. We're flying out of O'Hare, because of Jetblue. AMAZING.

My TA from AAA told me if I get a code or they come out with a GP code that if my savings was more tha AAA she'd switch it for me. After seeing how much everyone saved today with GP codes one can only hope the next wave in 09 is just as good!

How much did people end up saving? And are we talking about the pins that people get mailed? (When I was 16, a 40% off your vacation code came to my parents now, and now that I'm older, I am horrified that we didn't take it.)

I got 20% off with my AAA, a total of over $800.00 on two cabins at FW. I am still hoping for a pin with 40% or even 30% for the 1st week in Jan. Keeping my fingers crossed.................

OKay!! We are booked for Oct, but didn't get a code--nothing for Cont. so I am guessing that we are gonna go back to our original plan of Jan 24-Feb 1.(Wanna miss those Super Bowlers!!!)

Last year we got great codes and an upgrade to park hoppers. Do you think with the way this fall code was such a bust, that Jan will still be okay? I don't know what happened with that!! We did love the weather in Jan of 08-only the first day was kinda cold. jackets and such, the rest was perfect. I think I would rather have that slow crowd anyway!!

We will be at Beach Club 01/24 - 01/29. Cheap flight was important and so that dictated our trip. It would be lovely to get some savings so I can have a extra glass of wine. . We only visited MK one day after a Disney cruise in Jan 06 so the kids are very excited, my husband less so (he wanted another cruise to relax - he lost). I am obessed with the planning and saving any money I can.

I just tried to book a room through Disney tonite for a value for Jan 19th to the 27th and they said they were all full. I could get a moderate for a lot more. Is it possible that they are all full already??? The website is showing availibility but that could be for only 1 room and I need two.

When I called about 2 months back, they were full on the "standard" value rooms in all except for POP. So I grabbed our 2 standard rooms. They said this year, with the economy the value rooms are really booking quick. Call back, and try again....often people change their plans.

I just cancelled Pop in early January but when I moved from All stars to Pop (before upgrading again to a deluxe) the CM told me there was plenty available for Pop during my dates (1/11-1/16) but that was last week. Good luck.

I just called last night and booked from 1/20/09-1/27/09 preferred room at POP w/a AAA discount for $650.00. The woman that helped me said they still had plenty of rooms available.
