Yes, you can do stay 4 nights and add 1 or 2 free nights, doesn't need to be all 3.

OMG looks like we have crashed Disney's site a bit and also jammed the 407-W circuits! Love it love it love it! I am prepared to do Villa, but is it really all resorts? WDW site says only Value and Deluxe Villa!!!

On Disney, you can book this online and it looks like it includes most resorts. I went through the booking process and you can change your tickets.
